FAQS
How powerful is it, really?
10,000pa of suction, driven by a 200W motor at 130,000rpm. For context, most compact handhelds sit around 3,000 to 4,000pa. It's a genuine step up rather than a marginal one.
Can it really pick up liquids?
Yes — this is a wet and dry vacuum, so spills, damp mud and wet debris are all within its remit. A few sensible habits: use the wet filter for liquids, empty the canister as soon as you've finished rather than leaving it standing, and rinse and fully air-dry the filter before switching back to dry use. Don't submerge the unit, and don't vacuum anything flammable or hot. Full instructions are in the box.
How long does it run?
Up to 30 minutes on the lower setting, and around 15 minutes on maximum power. Most jobs don't need full power — the low setting handles crumbs, dust and pet hair comfortably, so save maximum for wet spills and ground-in grit.
How long does it take to charge?
Two to three hours from flat via USB-C. Charge it from a laptop, a plug, or the car's USB port — there's no dock to find space for.
Will it replace my main vacuum?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's built for cars, spills, stairs, desks, upholstery and quick clean-ups. Carpets across a whole house still want a full-size machine.
Is it easy to empty and clean?
Yes. The canister detaches, empties and rinses, and the HEPA filter is washable — rinse it, let it dry fully, and put it back. Nothing to buy as a replacement under normal use.
